Love the space, especially the floor. Initial thoughts re your design: - Staircase needed to be outside of the office otherwise you'll have visitors going through the office whilst you're doing 'deals'. Plus the office would then have far more usable space. - If sitting on a sofa on the mezzanine then all you'll see is the solid balustrade and the roof of the showroom. Get some tall tables'n'stools instead.
